The Devil Wears Prada

4/8/2009 Headlining the Sweet Brag Tour, Ohio’s The Devil Wears Prada brought a true tour-de-force to the stage at Cleveland’s House of Blues.

As the fog poured in, everyone at the venue was high-strung with energy waiting for TDWP to hit the stage.  Openers Emarosa, Sky Eats Airplane, and A Day to Remember had put the sold-out crowd in a fenzy.  As TDWP emerged, a loud roar erupted and the show had begun.

Performing with a phenomenal lightshow, the band left it all on the stage as every single band-member came front-and-center to pump up the crowd.  Vocalist Mike Hranica nearly blew his lungs out in the first three songs…

Along with Hranica, synth player James Baney and guitarist Chris Rubey pumped the crowd to extreme measures.  Clearly, no member of The Devil Wears Prada was afraid to get to the edge of the stage and go nuts.

With the lights blaring and moshers flying over the barracades, TDWP seemed to be loving every minute of the insanity.  Their synchronized headbops and furious stage movements only put the energy in the venue to a new level.
